I hope now Simply the trainer at the gym is right.

I stick to what has told me the nutrition consultant and do not eat flour, eat several small portions a day so that my sugar levels rise, eat lots of fruit, drink some coffee, but eat plenty of water or herbal or fruit tea and evening I only meat or fish with vegetables. This I still go at least 2x a week for 1 ½ to 2 hours in the gym.

Ich klammere mich mal fest an die Muskelaufbau-Fettabbau-These und mach weiter. Vielleicht motiviert mich abmessen? Ob mein Bauchumfang wohl kleiner wird, obwohl die Waage stur ist?
