Diet Report - Day 15
Hmm, Friday we were with friends at a wine tavern and there I could not resist a beef salad with kidney beans and pumpkin seed oil. And a wine I've been drinking - beautiful it was.
On Saturday we wanted to go to the Anninger and then sledding down. The weather was perfect this, but then we have herumgetrödelt so we can not attend. * Just had some bad *. We have watched the skiers in Kitzbuehel and I have a spinach strudel made for dinner - delicious.
And I resisted the chocolate in Karl's kitchen still. * * Stolzaufmich
I have now discovered how I get my tvseries or movies on my iPhone. And Friday, I spent minutes of Butterfly Effect 3 almost 50 on the stepper. However, I had no energy left for anything else and I am gone home. This, with the ultimate look and running or steppes works great. The time passes much more quickly. Today I'm intending to the current episode of Fringe 40 minutes to steppes and if I disclose created by the abdominal exercises once again 40 minutes to run Supernatural aka go fast. Report
